Delete your account

You can delete your Brainclash account from inside the game, at any time, without contacting us.

Steps

1. Open the game and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and choose Delete account.
4. A warning appears explaining what you will lose. Read it, then tap Delete.
5. A code is shown. Type it into the field exactly as it appears.
6. Tap Delete one last time.

A message then confirms the deletion, and your account is gone.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account: your username, profile, Gems, XP, level, statistics, friends list, and matches.

Messages you already sent stay visible to the people you sent them to, labelled as “deleted user”.

Deletion is permanent

An account cannot be recovered once deleted. We keep no copy of deleted accounts and there is no grace period; the account is removed immediately and completely.

If you want to play again afterwards, you will need to create a new account from scratch. You will not be able to reclaim your username or your previous progress.
